Family Guy Season Six Deleted Scenes: 911 Call

When you run out to the store and you purchase the full seasons of Family Guy you are treated to some rare extras that typically can only be found on the DVD box sets. However, guys like me know this, and others do as well, and if you search far and wide on the internet you can usually find some of the clips online. That being said, the most recent season to be released for sale in a box set is that of Season 6. This season was entirely classic for so many different reasons. And the deleted scenes are as haughty and funny as you can imagine that they would be.

Sometimes Fox will not allow for the show to air certain scenes as they deem them inappropriate. Other times, they have just been cut from the show because the makers and the producers of the show thought that they did not work out for that particular episode. In any case, and in most instances, however, the deleted scenes from Family Guy are quite hilarious. Considering that the long awaited Season Six was filled with tons of cool and funny deleted scenes, I thought it interesting to write a blog about all that we good folks who simply DVR the episodes, or watch them when they air on TV are missing out on.

In this scene, the guys are hiding out in Joe’s high tech police van trying to spy. But when they turn the dial to see what conversations are being had over the phone, they accidentally tune in to a defunct 911 call. The caller is frantic and claims that somebody has broken into her home and she is scared. The semi feminine, yet apparently male voice on the other end assures her that she may want to leave out some food for the intruder, and that she may want to close her bedroom door if her bed has not yet been made.

I have attached and imbedded the clip that I found of this really funny 911 call below. It was one of the deleted scenes from this episode which aired during season six. I have no idea why they cut this actual scene, because I remember the real episode that aired and it had a very similar scene contained within it. Either way, its funny, and its below, so enjoy!
