When you think of the show Family Guy, what comes to mind first? Is it the dog, Brian? Is it the sexual deviance of Quagmire, the one and only sex addict? Or perhaps it’s about the old pedophile that lives down the street, always wanting to ask the muscled and young paperboy to come on inside for a cold drink on a hot summer day. Maybe you think about Meg and how she is always being berated. Or perhaps you think of Stewie, like me, and his many evil tendencies. No matter what line of thought crosses your brain when pondering the show one thing is for sure: they touch on nearly every topic, and they are damn good at making us laugh when they do it. So why refrain from the ever popular topic of abstinence before marriage?

Before I even get to this clip below, let’s talk for a second about the onscreen chemistry of Peter and his hated daughter, Meg, shall we? Half of the time Peter is talking down to her and making her feel left out and singled out. But, the other half of the time, he is taking advice from the person that he respects the least of all members of the family. Go figure…right?

Why Does Meg Even Need to be Abstinent?
In a more recent episode of Family Guy, Meg is trying to convince Peter that he needs to refrain from sex or his penis will fall off. Of course, Meg has been misinformed after a Christian-themed lecture at her high school on sex and marriage, and as a result ends up having ear sex with a guy later on. But somehow, she manages to convince her idiot father to refrain from having sex with his wife as well, and to even try ear sex on her!

Meg Convinces Peter to Refrain from Sex!
Thanks to Hulu.com I was able to find this awesome clip below and in very high quality, for your enjoyment! It depicts Meg talking to Peter in their living room about how sex can make your penis fall off and that he really needs to stop having sex. Peter doesn’t believe her at first, until she shows him a BS pamphlet that warns of the dangers of having sexual intercourse, as only Family Guy and portray!
